Based on the client’s budget and market positioning, we curated a targeted product assortment and managed the entire procurement process to ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing.

We assisted a branded client in developing and integrating themed doll accessories that adhered to specified size and design requirements. Our team collaborated closely with production partners to create customized samples for client review, developed exclusive molds for specialized components, and coordinated end-to-end mass production to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
